Still struggling with comment approval. I'm responding, I assure you, but the blog doesn't trust its blogger. Sort of like Frankenstein and Dr. Frankenstein.

Hyde is a great athlete. He played in a smaller class in Ohio, but he did everything for that team. I'm not sure how refined his corner skills are, but he did log a ton of playing time on D, 165 tackles and eight picks. Also, he came in listed as a DB, so he's been there from minute one, which would give him a shove as far as the possibilities go.

Robinson, as of Monday this week, was an RB. That was the shortest-lived DB experiment in history, even shorter than Damian Sims' shot at it. I believe he was being looked at as a safety. Robinson is noticeably bigger and stronger than last year.

Those are the three names -- Prater, Lowe and Castillo. They'll all play, especially with the nickel and dime deals, which Norm used more last season than he had. Hyde is a wildcard at this point.

I think you're right, one.

It sounded like it was very, very painful. At the hopsital, they had to take him from ortho to ER because the pain was still spiking.

It's serious. And I think it's pretty serious on the depth chart, especially early.

Me too, Alex.

Chad -- From the accounts I've gotten, it was very bad, very painful. This drastic action says that.

Maybe the fact that he had a redshirt available factored in, too.

Agree, Alex. I did a lengthy interview with Jordan when he committed. Sweet kid. Injuries haven't gone his way at Iowa.

I'm assuming he'll redshirt and have two more seasons.

I agree, Paul. The Alamo is a perfect bowl for fans. Great downtown area and everything is within walking distance if you stay down there.

Outback is terrific, too. Great venue.

Captial One? Horrible stadium. Horrible.

You bet, Holic. Thanks for stopping by.

I'm with you. I'm very interested to see what the plans are for Josh Brown. He did everything for Dixie Hollins. I remember KF said during signing press conference that receiver would be the first stop.

He broke his ankle, unfortunately. We'll see how long it'll be.
