/Film : Early Buzz: Pixar's Up

True, thats what I thought. However if you are in the middle few seats of a row you really miss out on some of the effects that are made to pop out of the screen. I know sometimes these are simply gimmicks, but there were in effects in Beowulf I wouldn't have wanted to miss out on because I was central.

Quick question on 3D given this will be showing in the new tech, anyone know the best place to sit for 3D screenings; in the middle or to the sides? I've seen a couple of the new 3D movies and it seems that the 3D effects that come out of the screen are better from the side, but the depth of field effects are better sat in the middle. Kind of makes it a catch 22 situation.
