My oldest will be 6 on December 28th, too! I will agree that 2 to 3 was easier than 1 to 2. At first, it was super easy! To be honest it didn't get difficult until I started going to work on-site 1 day a week. I found that up until that point I was doing okay keeping up with everything around the house. I think I'm going to solve this problem by hiring a cleaning lady. I think it will remove a lot of this added stress. Congratulations and good luck!

So sorry for the late response. We have never added ground meat but you could cook it and add to the cheese/sauce mixture or use it in the sauce you pour over the top. I think either would work nicely.

So sorry for the super super late response; just seeing this now. We have never added ground meat but you certainly could. You could cook it and add to the mixture that you stuff the shells with, or simply use it in the sauce you pour over the top. We sometimes have spinach or broccoli with this meal, or pair with a salad :)
