Their instructor gave them the structure of union and of a non-union shop. Our kids aren't as duped as we may think about unions. they saw the Madison Wisconson mess and the GM takeover, so they have the idea unions are the destruction of business not the protection their fathers told them about . This was once GM country. Seemed like everybody had a memer of their family working there. Now the plants are gone and so are most of the ex employees, or are retired. Our kids are the ones who will decide the union fate once and for all.
