it may be on facebook that I am defriended.. but these were people I worked with every day.. and will probably work with in the future. Youre right, Im not keeping track of the "number of friends I have" But.. when they publicly say.. "IM defriending you" And then you see them the next day.. its pretty amusing.. and sad for them

I was in a cast of at least thirty. I was one of four republicans.. and I kid you not... I was yelled at , debated with, and berated nearly every day of work. Management was also left wing and I was accused at least once of being an instigator after responding to comments people made while watching the news.. ( Ummm sorry, Im not one to walk into a group of thirty and start a debate.. I just want to do my role ...lol ) But.. after nearly every instance.. at least one of the other silent republicans would approach me and say.. " that was awesome.. Im sorry I didnt say anything..." Now, in hindsight.. I wish I too had keep my mouth shut. Sit idly by when I hear that republicans are idiots, hypocrites, liars and thieves, etc. I left the cast of my own accord just prior to the election because I knew it would be unbare-able regardless of the outcome. Since then.. my facebook statuses lean towards weather comments and daily activities.. and lol.. some still continue to bait me politically.

Ohhh no. I dont really jest. I'm a relatively unknown actor in LA. I have had more previous 'friends' from casts and worse.. directors... defriend me because of statements made on my wall. Not even heated statements. Just comments. Oddly, I was once actually told, " I have to defriend you because of comments your friends make." He was one of those liberals that just parroted what he had heard.. no thought.. just repetition. Some of my friends pretty much embarrassed him due to his lack of knowledge. Its not easy being a right wing Christian actor at my level of the game. (( ps any directors and producers reading this that dont care about political leanings.. let me know.. Ill send ya my reel )) This election, Im keeping my mouth shut. Work has been scarce since Obama... lol.. but I guess thats true for all ;-)
