'raise our voices in unison'.....good idea, so what's the plan?

I am glad Tom has the foresight to publish views from all quarters. I like to read everyone's opinions, whether I agree with them or not, because how else are we ever going to bridge the widening divide in our increasingly polarised society? If I just live in a bubble of views that some media organisation decides is desirable for me, moulding me into their idea of an acceptable citizen, telling me what I should think, herding me along with crowds of others up god knows what opinionated cul de sac then I'll just be another brain dead idiot who has lost the capacity and the will to seek conviviality with other people.
