<description>The fact is that law does not care about facts, only law. It is simply a question if the amendment was violated. Whether it was [as it appears to be to my non jurist eyes]or not I think the much deeper significance of this whole thing is that democrats and all people need to realize that they are not above rather subject to, the law. </description>
