Excellent, balanced exposition. Europe will not become but is now forever a vassal of the usa, which is exactly what Charles de Gaulle struggled so much to avoid. Europe risks nazification, not just because of the overspill from Ukraine, but also because the native foci in places like Norway, Sweden, Germany and several other countries. Also, Europe will suffer greatly economically because it will have to buy its need expensively from the usa and its freedom of economic action will be further curtailed.
