<title>Mommy To Two Boys : For you Jen (An ecard in blog form)</title>
<link>http://www.mommytotwoboys.com/2011/05/for-you-jen-ecard-in-blog-form.html#IDComment156017193</link>
<description>Oh my goodness Jazzy! I am so sorry! I am almost in tears over not putting you in the card! I don&amp;#039;t mean to complain, but it took me so long to get everyone&amp;#039;s websites linked up, which I thought was important, so by the time I made SURE I had everyone who gave money to me, I breathed a sigh of relief! I just added a line from you!!!! So sorry!!! <title>Mommy To Two Boys : I am a Theta Mom</title>

<description>I just did what felt right, didn&amp;#039;t think it was supposed to be about me. But I guess I need a little bit of info for new readers, so I added a few links to favorite posts at the bottom. Thanks mama! It&amp;#039;s all true, you helped me a lot. And I agree, as a mom of a kid with Autism it is hard to keep &amp;quot;real life&amp;quot; friends, so cyber friends are sometimes all we&amp;#039;ve got! <title>Mommy To Two Boys : They Never Cut the Umbilical Cord</title>
<link>http://www.mommytotwoboys.com/2011/05/they-never-cut-umbilical-cord.html#IDComment154219455</link>
<description>Absolutely. Just had an episode today that had me thinking I need to always be home, but then remembered how much that will hurt him in the long run. I can&amp;#039;t ALWAYS be here. I can be here a lot, but not always. It&amp;#039;s still hard though. Are your 3 clingy? Are they mama&amp;#039;s boys that cry when you aren&amp;#039;t around? <link>http://www.mommytotwoboys.com/2011/05/they-never-cut-umbilical-cord.html#IDComment154218769</link>
<description>That is so true Chris. You know what&amp;#039;s funny, my husband has no trouble with having the boys &amp;quot;grow up.&amp;quot; Your example of giving them the experience to do it on their own is how he lives each day with them. When I am not home they do the most amazing things, like dress themselves, play nicely, and not whine about anything. But I coddle them so much. Guess it&amp;#039;s a mom thing. <description>Oh my goodness, thank you so much. I have been struggling with balance and wondering if blogging without getting to visit other enough is worth it. But your comment lets me know that at least writing is helpful. And I am glad that even parents of neuro typical kids find my blog helpful and interesting. I can&amp;#039;t believe that you had such a similar story. It is so true that our kids needs us and we want to run to them always, but they DO need to become independent. I just wrote to another person who commented that God forbid something should happen to me, my son&amp;#039;s life would be over. That is not OK. I need to take steps to make sure he can survive without my constant contact. <description>Yes, our little guys do seem to have a lot in common. It is hard, but I know it is right. Just today my husband said he cried when he got off the bus and I wasn&amp;#039;t there. I instantly felt heartbroken and thought, that&amp;#039;s it, I will be here every afternoon when he gets home. But that isn&amp;#039;t going to help him adjust. God forbid something happens to me, his life would be over. I need to remember to love him, but make sure he is becoming somewhat independent too. <description>First off, you have so much on your plate I can&amp;#039;t even imagine. So you have two kids that can&amp;#039;t go upstairs on their own? Jaylen is so scared of being alone, in the dark, somewhere new, the list just goes on and on. And yes, it does seem a lot of ASD kids have Autism related anxiety. <link>http://www.mommytotwoboys.com/2011/05/long-trip-to-south-america.html#IDComment154212688</link>
<description>Ha! Can you imagine me packing those two up and heading south of the border? There are about 5 million things I&amp;#039;d rather do. And yes, I can only imagine how peaceful it must have been for him. Calmed his brain and gave him the sense all is right in the world. Wow, that makes me tear up a little. <title>Mommy To Two Boys : Reading? Who has time?</title>
<link>http://www.mommytotwoboys.com/2011/04/reading-who-has-time.html#IDComment154207847</link>
<description>I know right? All I ever read is stuff that is Autism related! And you should grab Big Daddy&amp;#039;s book. He&amp;#039;s been a bloggy friend of mine for a while and his book really looks at the fun and humor surrounding Autism, something none of us ever do enough of. <description>What? I never knew that about Fabio! Now I have to go look it up. I love your answer of just watching it on TV, it makes it so much easier doesn&amp;#039;t it? And yes, all of those books have turned out to be fabulous. I definitely recommend adding them to your library of resources. <description>Yes, you should grab the social stories book, it is really great and saves on time. And I honestly don&amp;#039;t know how to Kindle loan, all I know is I got an email from Amazon and all I had to push was accept. Check the Amazon site, I am sure it must have options for doing it there.
