Yeah I hop it is better as well but now and days we are lucky to get a poster without poorly photoshopped floating heads so I am just hoping it doesn't get worse

/Film : Question: How Has the PG-13 Rating Changed Over The Years (if at all)?

I was saying that Manitoba's system is better then the US because I don't think a Harry Potter should have the same rating as a Knocked Up but also Knocked Up should not have the same rating as Saw 100

I hope the final US poster looks similar. This is a pretty cool poster. With Tarantino I would expect something more vintage but it works

I like that because to think Knocked Up and Forgetting Sarah Marshall have the same rating as a Saw or a Hostel film is pretty ridiculous. We need another rating.

/Film : Michael Cera Has No Interest In Ghostbusters 3, Jack Black Would Bust Ghosts If He Could

So cut costs and sign Jesse Eisenberg. What is the difference. That is the best part about Michael Cera. There is a cheaper one out there if he turns a role down i.e Adventureland.

/Film : Which Path Will Orci, Kurtzman and Lindelof Choose For Star Trek 2?

Ok you did your fan service now make the series your own. The script for the first one didn't live up to the awesome cast and direction. (lens flares aside) They need to really try to step it up the second time around. This is not a Transformers movie the script needs to be more than that. New storylines you guys don't owe anyone but fans of the original movie, not fans of the series or the old films. This is a new a different Star Trek give us something we haven't seen.

/Film : This Week in DVD: Friday the 13th, Transformers (Season 1), and More

I guarantee both of you Friday the 13th will be more successful then H2. Why? Because at the very least the Friday the 13th remake is a passable and most would agree improvement on the originals. Halloween was a complete faliure in most fans eyes it basterized the franchise and polorized the fan base. I believe all of Hunter's reasoning for hating Friday the 13th is most fans reasoning for hating Halloween. I am one of the few that liked halloween but I can see why most people hate it. But I am siding with Adam here even though I liked the Halloween remake more.

/Film : The Birds Remake Back-Burnered, Rosemary's Baby Re-Do Still Happening

Man I just don't understand why somebody thinks remaking Rosemary's Baby would even be an ok idea. It's name is probably not going to get you that much more money at the box office. And Among us movie nerds that movie is an untouchable classic so what audience is going to support that.

/Film : Platinum Dunes Says Friday the 13th Part 2 is Snowbound? Admit to Disappointing First Entry

I kinda enjoyed it as well. I have a soft spot in my heart for slasher movies. There could have been more inventive kills and maybe something that seperated this movie from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake but this interview really gives me hope. They also admitted in the interview they cancelled the remake of Rosemary's Baby (Yes!) and that they were having trouble with the script for The Birds remake because guess what? All birds can do is peck and claw. Apparently it took attempting to write a script for them to figure that out

/Film : Inception Has $200 Million Budget

WOW I am pumped for this and it is sad that people are trying their hardest to mentally look past this movie and to convince themselves Nolan is doing a Batman film. Lets get excited for Inception guys! I know of the Batman films didn't exsist we would still be talking about this with Memento and The Prestige. But this movie just looks like gold and I have a lot of convidence in WB that they will let Nolan do what he wants with the budget he wants. We need more of this in Hollywood so again lets get excited for this!

Two weeks until the box office really explodes, with Transformers 2 and I wholly expect that to not only be the top grossing movie of the year but to have the second biggest opening of all time. I am not a huge fan of it but everybody it seems is excited for giant robots beating the shit out of each other.

The Hangover in no way is the funniest movie of the last five years or even this year. Just wait in a month when Bruno comes out and everybody is forgetting about The Hangover and everybody starts quoting that. Most of the funny parts were in the trailer and the plot had zero payoff. The conclusion behind the main conflict was so stupid. I still really enjoyed it but come on guys. Pelham shouldn't be making that much money because that means Travolta and Tony Scott will continue to get jobs and neither one of them deserve it anymore. Speaking of not getting any more work, too bad Eddie it was nice knowing you. Who would have thought twenty years ago this guy would turn into box office poison. He was the biggest box office sta in Hollywood. Hopefully his career will make comedians think twice before going soft. Up deserves to be the biggest movie of the year and was amazing. Star Trek is still hanging around who would have thought that?
