It's so easy to get caught up in all our little gripes and complaints, isn't it? And you're so right ~ we daily have food on the table, a place to call home....

I was in a season of depression when I started writing in a gratitude journal. I made a goal to write a certain number of items that I was grateful for, and I soon found that I was exceeding that number every night ~ once I got started, it was easy to find little things that would otherwise slip under the radar.

Thank you, Kelly for sharing these sweet, wise words with all of us. I've been reading more and more lately that our husbands feel the most loved by us when they feel respected by us.

I love these words that you wrote:
"Our words of approval, our respect, and our genuine love can do more to change the heart of a man, to inspire to him to greatness, than our negativity ever will"

I know that submission tends to be a taboo topic these days, but there IS strength in submitting!
