Some of us more experienced marketers often forget these little tricks that make an interesting difference to the results we get out be it bottom line or more traffic. There's nothing like setting up a campaign and after running it a few weeks you notice that the offer has been pulled (for how long?!?) and all that traffic has gone down the drain. I just make a .php redirect file and leave it in a web readable directory like "/recommends" or more recently "/likes". I like "likes", it has a more sociable feel to it thanks to the likes big F.
