A Joint Iraqi Shipping line would also be perfect to avoid sanctions, Iraqi vessels could provide oil anywhere in the world.

Hi.
The legal penalties of supporting the BDS action against Israel.
The antiboycott laws were adopted to encourage, and in specified cases, require U.S. firms to refuse to participate in foreign boycotts that the United States does not sanction. The law prohibits U.S. persons from taking certain actions in support of an unsanctioned foreign boycott against a country that is friendly to the United States.

The $5.5-billion Enbridge pipeline project is all about sending Alberta bitumen in huge oil tankers to China. Beijing’s own state enterprises are among the project’s major backers, and Beijing has been buying up Alberta’s oilpatch at such a dizzying pace lately it’s hard to keep up.
last month, Sinopec spent $2.2-billion to take over Daylight Energy Ltd.,
5. and last week, Petro-China, with the final push of $1.9 billion, became the owner and manager of the MacKay River oilsands project.
Apparantly PM Harper knows he can't rely on Obama.

No real surprise there, PM Harper isn't waiting for the OK from Barry he's already selling parts of the Alberta sands to the Chinese .As he pointed out : "But just because certain people in the United States would like to see Canada be one giant national park for the northern half of North America, I don't think that's part of what our review process is all about".He knows where the money is and what creates jobs.

Neither Huma nor any major western media outlet even mention what is common knowledge in the Arab world. Yet, confirmedby Arab sources – is that Huma Abedin has a brother named Hassan Abedin who works at Oxford University.
The Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS), has Huma's brother listed as afellow and partners with a number of Muslim Brotherhood memberson the Board, including al-Qaeda associate, Omar Naseef and the notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi; both have been listed as OCIS Trustees.Naseef continues to serve as Board Chairman.Based in Qatar, Sheikh Qaradawi has reportedly amassed substantial wealth through his role as Shari’ah adviser to many important Islamic banks and funds. He is also considered to be the “spiritual guide” for Hamas http://www.shoebat.com/documents/secretConnection...

In 2004, Qaradawi turned down the offer to lead the Egyptian Brotherhood after the death of the Supreme Guide. Based in Qatar, Sheikh Qaradawi has reportedly amassed substantial wealth through his role as Shari’ah adviser to many important Islamic banks and funds. He is also considered to be the “spiritual guide” for Hamas and his fatwas in support of suicide bombings against Israeli citizens were instrumental in the development of the phenomenon
It is interesting to note that the headquarters of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), completed in 1983, was funded by $21 million raised from Brotherhood figures Youssef Qaradawi and Youssef Nada as well as the emir of Qatar.
And now the Taliban has an 'office' in Qatar.
We just went full circle!
How deep is this 'administration' infiltrated by the Muslim Brotherhood?

In 2009, Qaradawi's role within Oxford and the Muslim Brotherhood was championed by the notorious Sheikh Rached Ghannouchi of Al-Nahda – a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate now active in Tunisia. OCIS has even presented an award for great scholarly achievement to Brotherhood member Shaykh Abd Al-Fattah Abu Gudda, whose personal history goes back to the Brotherhood's founder, Hasan al-Banna.

(Even the Sunday Times acknowledges that the cradle of Islamic Jihad – Al-Azhar University – actively attempts to establish links with OCIS, where Huma's brother serves.)

Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi arranged the deal between the Obama regime and the Taliban, ok lets look at the rest of the picture:
Huma Abedin has a brother named Hassan Abedin who works at Oxford University. What is significant is that Oxford University, which has long been infiltrated by Islamists who founded the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS), has Huma's brother listed as a fellow and partners with a number of Muslim Brotherhood members on the Board, including al-Qaeda associate, Omar Naseef and the notorious Muslim Brotherhood leader Sheikh Youssef Qaradawi; both have been listed as OCIS Trustees. Naseef continues to serve as Board Chairman.
