I guess it's a little boring now that it's legal! That's good news.

It's hard to know how to reply to such nonsense. Most obviously: the numbers you're giving are way, way off. I'm guessing that you have never looked the numbers up on your own, but are simply parroting some talk radio host.

Here: http://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/2014/december/lat...
"Of the reported 3,407 single-bias hate crime offenses that were racially motivated, 66.4 were motivated by anti-black or African-American bias, and 21.4 percent stemmed from anti-white bias."

As far as "leftist hype"- I'm guessing you won't read anything from a non-partisan source, so here is an actual conservative talking about actual conservative principles in regards to police brutality and racial profiling: http://www.redstate.com/2015/03/15/many-conservat...

1) White person walking into a Black church with guns: "I am going to shoot you because of racism."

2) Commenters on this story: "This was not about race."

*The mind boggles*

I'm not sure you understand how proportions work.

Whites are 72% of the population. If they are 65% of all hate crime victims, that means they are disproportionately UNDER represented as hate crime victims.

And of course more crimes are committed against whites... there are more whites.

Because his roommate said he was motivated by wanting to start a race war.

Citation, please. Which part of the ACA, specifically, tells doctors how they must practice?

You're repeating the myth of the late-term convenience abortion. Want to know what sort of birth defects lead a woman to get a late-term abortion? What Tiller spends his career helping women with? Here:

From Hern's website:
"Patients coming in for very late abortion - over 26 menstrual weeks' gestation - are almost always seeking services for termination of a desired pregnancy that has developed serious complications. This usually means the discovery of a catastrophic fetal anomaly or genetic disorder that guarantees death, suffering, or serious disability for the baby that would be delivered if the pregnancy were to continue to term."

Or you could look it up: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19177335

But don't let compassion and facts get in your way.

Good. The tendency to try juveniles as adults is simply out of control in this country. The United States is way out of synch with the rest of the world on that issue. More than 20 individuals who committed crimes as 16 or 17 year-olds have been executed since the mid-80s - the only country that even comes close to that is Iran; third place is Saudi Arabia and fourth place is Pakistan. Not good company.
