<description>Ok maybe a little harsh calling y&amp;#039;all fools sorry about that :P  I just can&amp;#039;t fathom why adequate research hasn&amp;#039;t been done before doing some mildly drastic to your device. It&amp;#039;s quite clear from even a quick google that ppc macs have varying problems on both programs.   It&amp;#039;s a case of wait for an update for all us loyal oldskoolers.  I think maybe I need to get out more!  X </description>

<description>My god you people are fools.  Neither Pwnage Tool nor Redsnow work on PPC Macs (yet I am lead to believe).  If you follow the instructions given you will have done a back up of your phone through itunes and can ALWAYS get your phone into a state where it will be able to reload your backup and restore ipsw.
