That being said, the current smoking law is a piece of crap with government favoring some businesses over others. If smoking is to be banned in businesses, that ban should apply to all businesses. The Governor was quite pleased two years ago when he signed the best anti-smoking measure that casinos could buy. I think the timing of this is a sign of deperation on the part of the Governor and an indicator that the casinos aren't contributing to his campaign.
