I installed a profile from the web. That worked for me. It was a hassel to get everything to work correctly but it is all good now. I encountered the same problem. Also make sure there are no hidden apps, by settings, general, restictions. Enable then disable this will make apps that got hidden by programs like catogories, avalible.
