Heaven forbid that Michael Pierce's rights were violated! He was at that ATM within ten minutes of executing this family! So let them retry him and get it done right this time!

The state of OR is as anal as the state of WA when it comes to pedophiles, they just plain don't get it nor do they really care. I have found plenty of perverts with a PhD behind their name.
Adam Lee Brown is a predatory pedophile and EVIL. They are NOT curable and never will be, but the Criminal Justice System kisses their behinds. I have actually seen a defense get a hard on more than once when questioning a young girl about child sexual abuse. How the zipper of his pants didn't pop is beyond me. The child knew what he was doing and we were in the courtroom. The rest of the people just sat there like we were in church! That defense lawyer became an Appeals Court Judge!
Put Brown back in prison where he belongs! He has sodomized enough victims!

That is a very narrow road and winds around and most of it has almost no shoulder. Also closer to town it has been known for the road to fall into the Bay, they just fixed it after a few years making it a one way. All ages have had accidents along there! Relatives have lived along there for more than 100 years and the stories are plentiful. It is surprising more people haven't gone off that road into the Bay!
Thankful she was not hurt!

This is Criminal Justice in the State of WA at its finest! It should be called the "Screw the Victim System!" And I would imagine the 5 surgeries were paid for by the victim!
Justin McCleod meant to KILL Josh Deraitus. Another lame brain judge. For those of you who keep track of criminals we will be hearing more about McCleod in the future!

Recently a friend was hit head on my a woman who was texting, she had crossed the medium and was still texting when she totaled my friends car and she was injured.
The driver had a suspended license from her SECOND DUI and no insurance! I am waiting to hear what the charges will be! One thing for sure they won't be enough!
So sorry for the Blair's loss of a beautiful daughter! Some people will never obey the law, but there must be some way to keep them off the road permanently.

This is in Kitsap County on Little Valley Road in Poulsbo, there is the NK Baptist Church and the St. Charles Episcopal Church. It looks like the Baptist Church. Thankful the children are safe.
No Old Country Buffet there.

Was the vehicle a putty color with a lot of rubber around the wheels. There is a guy who wears hospital scrubs and has a terrible temper and throws his SUV in reverse without looking. I saw him do it twice and once he was in front of us in a drive thru! He almost hit my husband and I and he screamed at me that I was stupid and couldn't prove it although the parking lot has cameras. Scary person!

For the record I DID NOT lose in court and there were plenty of vctims telling the same story and plenty of liars all of which were involved in INCEST.

Your rant makes me wonder about you and your comments are vicious and cruel and very, very familiar!

Those of us in the Tennis Shoe Brigade heard plenty of abuse because we choose to speak up about a horrible problem in our society!

Only someone who has been raped and gone through the CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM knows for a fact you are only a piece of evidence, I have sat in court and seen a jury let the guilty go free because their lawyers were over the top liars and had no problem presently falsified documents. Their reward was being made judges in this State. One is so bad at it she has cost the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars because she it very poor at her job!
Thatsjarrod where is your proof that 40% of rape claims are false? We just had a young victim here who the Police called a liar and charged her with making a false report be proven right. The pervert has many victims and has been sentenced to a very long prison sentence in CO.

We are not bound by the Law of the Old Testament, however there it says NOT to provoke your children. That the older daughter was afraid to cross her parents when they were present makes me wonder what is really going on in that home.
I have seen plenty of child abuse and incest in churches and there is almost never anything done even with plenty of legal involvement. here in WA rape of a child can be plead as 4th degree assault. How much money you have can determine how easily you can get off. This preacher will lawyer up and has plenty of cash to shut this up.
I am still recovering from my abusive Baptist Deacon daddy! I wish these girls a lot of luck as they are going to need it. Spiritual abuse is a hard thing to over come. There is more than likely plenty of lack of oversight there in GA!!!!
