KATU - Portland, OR : Help wanted: Contract malaria and get paid | KATU.com - Portland, Oregon | Weird News

I contracted malaria when I was teaching in the Democrat Republic of the Congo Jan. 2008...This article makes it sound like malaria is a walk in the park. It is not! The treatment is not! Also...I think that it makes more sense to go to Congo or Kenya etc....Where they contract all the variations of malaria possible more than once in their life. If you want to get a true cure for the disease test in Africa! I think that they will not get an accurate test in Seattle with people who are new to malaria.
