You just have to be careful. There are certain OSHA rules to follow: On a step ladder, don't go higher than the third (ladders are labeled as such) step from the top. Maintain 3 point contact, only one hand free. All four ladder feet, no wobble. On an extension ladder, 1ft. away from the wall for every 4 feet vertical, legs on level ground and if you're working from the ladder, it should be tied off at the top. Since they have databases, car dealers and car rental agencies should be tied in so they can see if you have a drivers license before they rent or sell you a car. She needed quite a few stitches. The dog's owners didn't want to give up the dog, but the judge had the dog put down. On top of it, their insurance company who paid the settlement told them if they got another dog, they would cancel their homeowners insurance. I'm sure their premium went way up to boot.
