So accoring to my (17) years of experience with the VBA and its leadership I've come to learn that the real problem is corruption! It is what it is, and that is the real truth about the VBA. How long before we hit the nail on the head concerning a corrupt process that has always been dysfunctional at best. I would say that right now we're seeing a better effort by the Secretary to begin by getting rid of some of the inadequate leadership, such as the Undersecretary of Benefits and also the Deputy Undersecretary!!!!!!! There should never be inadequate leadership like that and I say this because these young men have messed my life around as if it means nothing to either of them. Well I have faith that God will fight for us all and He has started with getting rid of corrupted leadership. Good leadership faces a task with integrity especially when you talk about serving a country as great as the United States of America, VBA must handle the United States Veterans of America with integrity. And we must not accept any thing less.
