<description>I think a lot of you are forgetting the main reason why the law was created in the first place...to protect the health of the people who work in establishments where smoking was allowed prior to January 1.  It doesn&amp;#039;t so much have to do with the government taking away the rights of smokers, but instead is protecting people while they are working.  Think how many people work in bars/lounges/nightclubs where smoking used to be allowed.  The health of these people was being affected everytime someone lit up.  </description>
