The DVD Rom has been a popular product for some time, with no issues for other users, so perhaps their support team can assist you in trouble-shooting what settings may be preventing full use so that you are able to enjoy the disc. Returns of audio-visual nature once opened are not eligible for refund, though store credit may be provided at the discretion of customer service. Orders once received the business day following submission are typically shipped within 1 - 5 business days. The only guaranteed-to-arrive within 7 days is a UPS method of shipping; flat rate options as selected can take up to 7-15 days in transit depending on your local USPS, etc. The order submitted on May 14 was received on May 15 and shipped within 2 days on May 17. The in transit tracing information provides that it is currently in NY en route to destination as of 5/25. Please contact your local USPS for further information as the package is in the USPS system.
