<description>I think one&amp;#039;s potential locale changes are limited by ones language abilities. Yeah, yeah, the whole world speaks English but it is nice not to be limited to speaking to only those who can converse with you in your mother tongue. I&amp;#039;d be more hopeful about the U.S.&amp;#039;s future if more people were multilingual but right now, it is mainly immigrants who have that advantage. It&amp;#039;ll become more and more important I think, not less so. </description>
