I have not been to a lot of larger cities, but I have driven through Kansas City and Chicago. If you try to drive the speed limit in those areas you are bypassed by all of the other vehicles because the flow of traffic is faster than the speed limit. I think that by doing this the city is going to actually cause a lot more accidents than prevent them. Q: Why can't the city spend their energies on real crimes? A1: Because it isn't about stopping "criminals," it is about generating revenue. A2: Because it isn't about creating safety, it is about generating revenue. A3: Because the city government and officials these days don't represent "we the people" their loyalties lie only with their on agendas.
