I do not agree with anyone being able to come into your home without a warrant showing just cause. However, the issue should be to punish the ones who entered the home unjustified, not let the illegal immigrants go because it was not done properly. It's just like an officer forgetting to read someone their rights and the case is thrown out of court, instead the case should go forward and the officer reprimanded appropriately so he doesn't forget again.
