Really enjoyed this episode!! Missy - what was the talk that Brian gave where you learned the methods for your ,California Lawmakers to Stomp on Small Business Owners post? Is that a talk that is available on video or a podcast somewhere?

Loved this video - I've looked up to Dr. Weil for a long time! I like to say that Dr. Weil taught me to breathe. I learned how to breathe properly from one of his books - it's made a huge difference to me! (So glad I found your site today!!)

Affiliate Marketing Blog by Shawn Collins : My Favorite Business Cards from Affiliate Summit West 2009

Thanks for sharing these, Shawn! I always enjoy checking out the unique cards people use to etch themselves in your brain! I really like the lines provided on Enock's card - so you've got the pic and the notes, and I like the way he worded it, too - 'Rundown' - that's from YOUR perspective, not his, you know? I know Jim provided the lines, too - but, I like the way Enock did it better. Can't wait to hear from Jim on the multi-directional features of his card - I'm sure you'll give him some grief on Geekcast, right? ;) I love the back of Jim's card, though, with the list of things he can do for you! (Just don't like the last list item.) Shawn, wow. Cofounder of Aff. Summit going to Vista Print? You're gonna have to run out and get some funkylicious cards STAT - before my image of you is completely shattered! ;P How come your very favorite card didn't actually make the post? Nice segue, but....

Affiliate Marketing Blog by Shawn Collins : Best Buy Alienates Affiliates

Right before Christmas? Lousy! Reminds me of some high school teachers that made me wonder why they were teaching, if they couldn't stand kids. Why bother having affiliates if you can't stand having affiliates! A small company that I'm an affiliate for that has an in-house affiliate program, has been making me feel just that way lately! I really don't want to give them up, though - I love their products - and apparently - so do my readers! Best Buy is getting some really bad coverage lately - I was reading an article the other day by an ex-Best Buy employee - man, it was bad!
