It's awful easy for someone who has never had something like this happen to sit back and judge~ local lady! I pray you never know the pain of losing your child! The only person to blame is the freak that took her. I also remember when this happened, at the time I had two children of that age and lived on Ft Lewis. I was horrified. Now over 10 years later, I find myself going through the same nightmare. NOBODY believes it could happen to them! So instead of spending your time posting judgements, try spending your time in a productive way and fight for tougher punishment of sex offenders, better mental health service, and pray to God the he has mercy for the children. Do you realize over a quarter of a million children go missing every year in this country?

I believed then and still do that whoever took Teekah was a distraught soul who wanted a beautiful little girl to love and cherish. She was young enough that it is very possible and I pray my feelings are correct.
Lets just focus on finding these children and getting them home to their families who love them.

I would like to think everyone that was involved and that attended last nights vigil! As for the Gov. all I have to say on that matter is that it was very hurtful that she walked right past me only a couple feet away and didn't even stop to say boo.
