The ratio for URs are 1:12, and had always been. A box of 36 packs gives 3 URs.
It even mentions that on the products.

And both Pinkie's and Rarity's family has different colours. And giving Sweetie Belle pink would make her father supportive.

But then, the colours doesn't have to resemble the Elements of Harmony. We could get more colours like Love and Chaos (Cadence and Discord) without any problem.

I would like to see Love and Chaos being two colours.
Currently, the colours are based on the EoH, but no one said it's restricted to EoH.
The colours are just colours... I'm open to new colours, and so are you?

This game sells outside of USA.
I live in Sweden, and I'm able to buy this in stores here.
Plus, it's available in UK and Germany among other European countries.
However, you didn't specify where you're from...

If it's fun? It's like asking if Potatoes tastes good. It's subjective.
Anything that sells, and continues to sell, is fun for enough amount of people for it to continue.
You could see if someone you know has the game. Lend some card and play against eachother.

Don't just play one single time...
Plus, playing against someone who knows the game while oneself doesn't isn't always fun... until one knows the game.

Mane Characters of the CMC? Yes!!
But make Sweetie Belle pink. Just because they're sisters doesn't force them to have the same colour. Plus, a pink Sweetie Belle would make her dad supportive of her. Plus, personally, I think pink fits Sweetie Belle.
