Loved the LEGO video (I'm a big fan of LEGO).

"Origins"
In search of great wealth
We traveled far from our home
And lost all we knew

"Wormholes"
Again, we venture
Into the vast depths of space.
Never to return?

I suppose you could consider alts as employees. The scout is a paid employee of the freighter pilot. The industrialist is an employee of the trader or mission runner or whatever. I have even seen several bloggers RP the situation similarly, where the alt is an employee of the main.

It's all about having fun. If you enjoy relaxing while mining on occasion, there is no reason not to. You've got to have a secondary career or income source a lot of times.

I love the allusion to all of the drama that has been suffered in the past that makes Mynxee who she is now. I think I have led much too simple a life.

Great read.

This is great. My biggest problem is the 6-8 hour skills, as I can only get to the computer once a day if I am lucky.

Of course. My primary roles are industrial and mining. I am just looking at the combat support roles for fleet operations.

I am still sort of searching for my next 'career move' in game. Training pure dps or tank doesn't interest me as much as some of the logistic support roles. What do you think of dedicated ECM pilots? Are there enough of them or could there be more? Am I just painting a target on my back if I pursue it?

Thanks for this effort. The EVE fiction is one of my favorite parts of the many player blogs that I follow and it's great to have a more centralized place to find it.

Great summary of play styles. I am finding myself going through the same opinion changes as I learn more about the game and community. Reading these blogs certainly helps to get in to the minds of different players and playstyles.
