I RAREly watch SNL anymore at all, I haven't even seen that skit. I get so bored with it so fast. I saw the Sarah Palin rap for the first time earlier this year though, and laughed so hard I was crying for weeks. Jason Sudeikis made the show worthwhile with his participation in that rap. Methinks I should take a mosey over to hulu and watch it now...

I really like Stefon :( I am so, so, so attracted to him. He reminds me SO much of my best friend from 4th grade who is now a lesbian living in Williamsburg. She's great but I haven't seen her in years, only through Facebook. I'm not entirely sure what to make of that.

I am STILL paying off a $1600 facet joint injection from March that took 15 minutes and was supposed to bring 3 months of pain relief. It brought about 2 hours of pain relief, and then I had to get up from bed.

I'm doing this after school teaching program thing, which is what emboldened me to quit my job, because I knew I'd have part-time income to help cover bills while I'm pursuing my own projects. Thank you SO much for explaining this, when I heard about this story on the news tonight I came right to Crasstalk hoping someone could explain all this. My big (dumb) question is, though, why aren't banks just houses for our money?? Why do they have to make money off of it? It makes me feel like just hoarding cash. I know it can't earn interest or anything either in that case, but I have so little of it right now I might as well just have cash, considering how much BofA takes from me. I was thinking of just starting to use a credit card for everything and then paying it off every time I use it from my checking account, but I don't know if that's a good idea either, because I'm clueless about this, and I HATE the concept of credit cards, I think they're nasty. I also have NO idea if I would qualify for one of these credit union things, probably not at this point, unless it's based on your credit score? I have a pretty good credit score, but no cash money and no assets. *sad face*
