And some of these things seem a little odd in that their whole purpose is to be on all the time. I mean it would be difficult to just unplug your phone or answering machine. This is a behavior issue. It says right in the article that he is a male teacher. What he is choosing to do is pretend to be a woman. For whatever reason he may be doing it, he is choosing to dress up and behave as a woman. The school board is completely within its rights to terminate based on behavior.
