Great idea, a European H-Cup semi-final in Cork - brilliant for PUC and the Cork economy. What European rugby team(including Leinster or Ulster) would like to be heading to Cork for a sell-out PUC. Time to put the old school differences to bed and move on as a mature open-minded Country.

Very balanced assessment of what transpired in Thomond Park. Leinster (for whatever reason) were out of order and didn't play within the laws or spirit f the game. Lessons learnt for all concerned I hope , so lets move on.

Big shoes to fill indeed, but if Ireland have any chance of making it beyond the group stages of the World Cup we have to have serious backups for Murray & Sexton. The Autumn Internationals and 6 Nations is the place to make sure we have covered the bases.

Why is this such a big issue commanding headlines in a great weekend for European rugby - including a brilliant game between Leinster and Toulouse? Katie Taylor taunted her opponent by putting her hands behind her back in the 7th rounds - no headlines there?
Zebo is an exceptional talent (not condoning his lapse in sportsmanship), he has scored 6 tries in the Top 14 in 6 games this season and Ireland would would be crazy to go to the World Cup without him. Then again, if Joe was a soccer manager he would not not have Messi, Ronaldo,Bale or George Best in the panel due to their 'defensive frailties'.

I think Munster will surprise a lot of people this weekend - including Exeter. I expect a good performance and a possible win. Only major concern is our scrum half performance.

Limerick have the best panel of players in the Country ... but Galway are the reigning Champions. Should be a fitting climax to what has been an incredible year of Hurling, I think Limerick will shade it.

Rubbish, the Hurler of the year will be picked after the All Ireland and usually based on his performance in the All Ireland. Mannion has had a great season but the Hurler of the year will come from the team that wins the All Ireland.
