Yeah I gotta say, I was more bothered by the no soap in the bathroom thing than what she did... don't get me wrong I'd be pissed if this happened to my kid but damn, that means there were a lot of little boys running around with unwashed hands just spreading the wealth of germs...

You're an idiot if you think this particular article is the proper forum for touting spanking rights. If anything you should be denouncing people who take "disciplining their children." to that extreme. It's people like that who made how we discipline our children an issue in the first place.

I get what you're saying. And I totally agree. I probably should have added that IMO, it wouldn't apply in statutory cases where there are only a few (say between 0-5 or 6 yr difference) in the ages. In my perfect world, it wouldn't even be a crime.
