Actually they are not - the should be born before 1. January 1988 to be allegeable for under-21 teams, but still..
Most of them are very very very very very young (I'm "only" 24 but 18 feels creepy).

Well his do is quite hideous, but dangerous for players hardly. That ref seems a bit blunt, maybe he's applying for a seat in the FIFA (stupid) rule board hopping to ban more silly stuff from football!

I know he's a kid, but he looks even younger in these pics. He reminds me of 10yr olds kicking a ball around - as a mid-tweenty I'm glad that I don't fancy him, because that would be disgusting..
His team choice does do him credit.
