I know I am hitting the same point over and over but I am going to.People keep saying that Congress wont listen well I think my idea is the first step in taking back Congress and putting States right first.
THE STATES HAVE TO FORCE IT BE MAKING THE LAWS,, until they do we will never get congress to listen I am putting together my ideas and after I get them down like I want them I am going to start E-mailing the to State level people. WE ALL KNOW THE FEDS WILL NEVER LIMIT THEMSELVES!! So I am going to keep at the state level of things and hope many people will start thinking of ways that we can get State laws in place to start limiting Congress

TAKE BACK CONGRESS WITH STATES RIGHTS!!
Lets TAKE BACK CONTROL FROM CONGRESS!! If you make Senators and Congressmen raise election monies FROM THEIR STATE OR DISTRICT THE THEY WILL HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEIR VOTERS!!
Put a cap on the money they can raise and spend ANYONE placing adds with their name in it then it would be counted as part of their total!
Put a 1year 6 month time limit on when they can raise money!! IF THEY BREAK THE RULES THEN THEY CAN NOT!! RUN FOR RE ELECTION IN THAT STATE!
Put truth in adds if anyone places a negative add that is not true they should be sued!!
SET LIMITS THAT CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS CAN RECEIVE FROM ANY LOBBY!!!
STATES HAVE THE RIGHT AND DUTY!! TO SET LIMITS ON CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS!!! THEY WILL NOT DO WHATS RIGHT SO MAKE THEM!!!

States rights we need the states to put limits on congressmen and senators from their state! Make them accountable to the people of the state they are from!
IF STATES DO NOT HOLD CONGRESS ACCOUNTABLE NO ONE WILL!!
We need to start movement at state level to force them to listen!

Set state laws and limits on SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN!! Let the state they are from force them to abide by State set rules CONGRESS WILL NEVER HOLD THEMSELVES ACCOUNTABLE!! so we have to do it at the State level!!

STEP UP AND HELP START GETTING STATE LAWS FOR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS!!
WE ELECT THEM WE SHOULD SET THE LAWS WE WANT THEM TO BE HELD UP TO !!!!
I am adding to my last post in that I also want accountability to the people by putting STATE LAWS ON CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS!!
First I would like limits on lobby monies from lobbies!! SET BY THE STATES AND NOT CONGRESS!! The states should be setting limits on what THEIR STATE ALLOWS THEIR SENATORS AND CONGRESSMEN CAN ACCEPT a total amount!! The senators and congressmen do not seem to be able to limit their selves so the states need to!!
STATES SHOULD HOLD THEIR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ABUSE THEY DO!! Set moral guide lines for them and if they break then then they will be removed from office !!
IT IS TIME FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE STATES TO MAKE STATE LAWS TO CONTROL THEIR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS!!

STATES RIGHTS!!
I have been thinking how do we take back congress I have a idea now. STATE LAWS SETTING LIMITS ON CONGRESSMEN ANS SENATORS!!! set by the state they are from. With the start of a push for state rights its time states take control of their Senators and Congressmen.
1.. Set a maximum amount that can be raised and spent. Any adds that has their names in them will be counted towards their total and if they go over they should be fined! The State keeps and money that is raised and not spent no more keep the money till the next election.
2.. Any negative adds must be fact and provable in a court!! or they will be fined by the state and libel law suite will be allowed towards the ones that put out the add.
3.. AND I THINK MOST IMPORTANT !! ALL MONEYS RAISE MUST BE RAISED IN THE STATE OR DISTRICT THEY ARE FROM!! it must come from people living in and the company's that are in the district or state they are from!! RISE THE MONEY FORM HOME NOT WASHINGTON LOBBIES!!!
4,, A NEEDED ONE make it easier for people to get on the ticket!! MORE PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO RUN FOR OFFICE!! Lets make this a more than two party system!!
Any more or better ideas are welcome! I am just trying to get a idea out their and started!! I WANT CONTROL BACK TO THE HOME STATES! MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!

Thank you cindyk AS LONG AS WE FIGHT THEY WILL WORRY!! if we where nothing they would not even care what we say , they know with all the close elections and that we vote we can defeat them! IT WONT TAKE A 100,000 VOTES TO WIN MANY ELECTIONS it can take a few just look at how many close elections their have been SO YES WE CAN MAKE CHANGE THINGS when you talk to others you do help and the left knows it and they worry...
When election time comes WE CAN BE AND WILL BE talking so people will hear more then one view.
EVERY PERSON YOU CAN GET TO LISTEN CAN BE A VOTE FOR WHAT WE THINK!

THAT IS HOW I FEEL BEAT THEM AT THEIR OWN GAME .. we do not have to become like them when we use their own game we only looses if we start to lie as long as we keep to the truth we win. I WOULD RATHER BEAT THEM AT THEIR GAME and use their own ways then to sit down and let them win...

NICE IDEA BUT THE REPUBLICANS will not fight they would rather looses. I AGREE THOUGHT AND ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS USE THE LEFTS WAYS TO BEAT THEM! law suites and their own laws ... we should be having predigest law suites on collages they mostly teach left and not a balanced view... we can call them haters they are they hate us and attack us at every turn.
