How can they justify the price of an E-book. No cost to print, bind, ship, etc. Yet, they still want more than a paperback at times. I've yet to buy one, get my E-books online from the library.

I'm appalled by the behavior and agree he got off easy. BUT, nowhere in the article does it say any of the described acts occurred in the workplace. The City of Seattle would have a hard time taking action for what happened outside the workplace.....Well established Labor Law in this area.......
