I believe the HGTV 2012 Urban Oasis is "The Most Famous Of Islamorada Florida Keys Hotels" Cheeca Lodge and Spa. In the history of "Cheeca", I found a reference to owner of luxury spa whose wife owned a Thoroughbred Horse Racing Farm. Also fresnel lighthouse lens are used in this portion of the Keys. I did look it up and Islamorada was used for the HGTV Dream Home 2008. Now don't giveup on me read the History of the Cheeca Lodge and Spa, the Main Lodge was rebuilt after a fire. And it matches the specs of the last HGTV Urban Oasis 2011--Luxury--Trump Towers and 2010--NYC--Second W Hotel & Residence. And the clues so far.
Thank You, missed that one. But, you said HGTV Dream Home....does that mean HGTV Urban Oasis could not be in the Florida Keys? Is the Urban Oasis usually an apartment or Luxury Hotel? (New to this clue hunting help me out!).

OK, after looking at the clues I believe also Florida, my location pick is Islamorada, Florida Keys. It has: Alligator Reef, shipwrecks, salt water Taffy, ocean Dawn, Light House, Diving, Cruise Ships. I could not find references to Horse Racing, Washboard, Cactus, Tulip, Noose or Jam?
Thank You Mary for the latest update on our HGTV 2012 Dream Ranch House in Utah. River Meadows Ranch Subdivision is well planned for maximum building and environmental needs. I have a couple of questions: In reference to River Meadows Ranch Subdivision Homeowners’ Association, Inc, what are the association fees? The subdivision design map does not show additional houses being built in front of our house to obstruct the view of the Provo River, can this change? What additional green efforts are available for this Ranch House? Is the addition of Solar Panels to the ranch house allowed? Is recycling mandatory? Is water conservation being used at this time? Is city water, sewage and garbage pickup used in this rural area?
I am ready and waiting for Monica and the HDTV Dream Team to appear on my doorstep. We are up early in the morning and staying up late at night. Watching the blogs and up dates as they appear on HDTV. We are reading E-Mail's three or more times a day, checking our phone records constantly!
WOW, 81 million people having the same American Dream and only one unique Ranch House in Utah. I love this house inside and out. I am more then ready to move to Utah. I dream day and night of a 2012 new home, a new begins were I would be able to work from home.
