The more rules & regs u add more corruption or whining seems to happen !! They should have just let all these companies so called too big to fail ... fail Yeah it would be sad that lots of people would have been out of work or lost lots of money etc. but .... isn't that happening anyway !! Only now since gov. got involved we are so busy fighting or blaming this and that party / person. Who knows maybe if Citibank or BOA got knocked down some of these smaller banks or insurance companies would have or could have stepped up to the plate grew their companies and hired people etc. ....
