The way I see it is if you're hiring, and you publish religious materials, you interview and hire based on the material you publish. I would think that the employee having some basic knowledge of the subject would be required. Not traditional as in BTW(Garderian Wicca, etc), but traditional witchcraft itself, minus the religion. Some of them pride themselves on being able to substitute things that are native to where they are and still put forth their intent.
