The Democratic controlled Congress under President Bush refused more oversight of Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac and look where their wisdom got us. Now we have Mr. Geithner, who himself doesn't completely understand our financial system (failed to pay taxes), and now he and Mr. Obama want more control over banking and bank-related companies! The Obama administration believes it is necessary to remake our capitalistic and Constitutional government by having more control. These tactics put me in mind of the charismatic and controlling tactics of the Hitler "administration". I am fearful and angered by the silence of the Republicans. Where are they? Where are the law suits defending our Constitution?
