I can respect how everyone is rallying behind Andy but at the end of the day this is a business. This wouldn't be the first time that a lead actor has been replaced on a show and it certainly won't be the last. What people fail to understand is that if there are hundreds of people who depend on the series to support themselves and their families. Also, the diet and exercise routine the actors have during the shoot is hardcore. How do we know if Andy's up for all that physical activity? Maybe he wants and needs to lay-low for a while? I think everyone needs to look at the big picture of how EVERYONE is effected by this decision.
