A friend of mine was telling me how the below radio segment really spoke to her on a common sense level. She shakes her head and smiles at me while I wax enthusiastic about what is happening in our world today, so I went in search of the segment and found it. Have you ever really wondered why the United States of America has always been such a special place? Why when other countries have Revolutions they are a bad thing and lead to tyranny, while the US avoided this fate? When our military goes into another country we do so to defend, liberate, and leave - while other countries seek to occupy, tax, and control. I believe that the Godly people who founded the country and the generations of people who came before us laid such a foundation of prayer and blessings upon their children and grandchildren that GOD has protected and prospered us, not for our own sake, but because of the prayers of our Grandparents.

It is so outlandish and satirical, like being in backwards world. I am reminded of a conversation I had with a client of mine several years ago. He was a gay man from San Fransisco and he and his partner had adopted a child who was the same age as my son. We were quite friendly and were discussing watching movies over and over again with our 3 year olds. I mentioned a Disney movie my son was watching and asked if his son had seen the movie. I will never forget what he said, "No, we tend to steer away from Disney movies because of their traditional family values. We don't want to confuse our son about women this early on." I didn't even know what to say.

I believe we feel so disenfranchised that we are becoming pessimistic. But, historically, Ronald Reagan, the greatest president of the 20th century, was able to do what we wish for. Watch his 1981 Inaugural Address - that is how you reach the people and change the country.

Has anyone else noticed that the search engines are not showing much about Tea Parties, Chuck Norris, the Texas Republic Movement? Perhaps designed to make us feel isolated and alone?

Our eyes should turn to Texas, where the succession movement seems to be gaining traction. Check out Larry Kilgore, running for Governor, I like his platform. It echos the sentiments of many in the country.
