I wonder if access could be made available from the entryway, like a hole cut for stairs to lead down... It's a thought. i think that because we are all different people giving it as a gift, it separates them out. so it wouldn't need to be reported at that low amount. if anyone writes a check, be sure to write in the memo that its a gift and they can photocopy it. or put a note in with cash that its a gift. so if there's ever any question. so what if they end up having to sell it out of fear they won't be able to make the taxes and the new owner gets a ton of money? that might be a good reason to write a check. xoxoxo

As far as my home, I was exposed to the most toxic black mold on the planet for 2 years so it's hard to find an environment in which I don't react, in my rental price range. My body interprets things that don't bother a normal person, as a threat. The alarm system is neurological reactions, migraines, a million other things. I have to move a lot. You are right about both my 'plans'. I am open to sharing if you want to know more. You are so wonderful. There have been gifts to this contest that are not in sweepstakes, and you are one of them. Not sure I will be ok if I don't win. This is the answer to providing for my Mom who has a brain tumor and severe insomnia as well as me living in a home that doesn't make me ill. Add to that, the beauty of being gentle on Mother Earth, its true love to my core. Right now this is Plan A.
