Is the drawing actually on 6/2? I have it on my calendar for 6/15 :)

I'm curious about the TED handheld delivery.

Does this mean the home is using a Smart Meter or does it route through a modem that is hooked up to the TED gateway?

Thanks Danielle :) I did see that and in the panoramic tour you can see the door that is next to the dining room.

I wonder if access could be made available from the entryway, like a hole cut for stairs to lead down...
It's a thought. I'd love to finish the garage and basement and link them for an apartment for Mom.

Anyway, hey have you figured out if the Niche is in fact the master closet?

Burning question: Is the basement access near the front patio at the bottom of the stairs?

Just trying to figure out if the mud area could have a set of stairs to the basement installed to make an apartment for my Mom from the garage and basement?

I love the appealing use of color on the exterior, makes me excited to see what Linda does this time on the interior.

I heart green homes.

Is there still going to be a garage? The property doesn't look like there's room for it in the early construction photos.
