I think she might have used a "likeness". The book is awesome. Of course she drew on some life experiences, that's what writers do. Fiction is when you spin a great story in your head but it's foundation has to be personal experience. With that being said as a stay-at-home soccer mom there must be a book about me somewhere! Off to the library I go.........

Well I wasn't going to say anything, because I know someone who was amazing friends with the man gored to death, but as usual there are two sides to the story. I copied this comment from Yahoo, it is not my comment. Suing a National Park over a goat related death-weird yes, justified, it just might be if you know ALL the facts. Not saying I agree with it, just saying that goat was a threat for years.

It took me 3 minutes tonight, of just reading a few comments to notice that you had changed your user name. I'm not harassing you, I am calling you out on it. Your comments are hurtful to families, mean spirited and thoughtless. I don't need to "get a life" (remember, I spent all of 3 minutes figuring you out), and I won't "run along". I'm apparently not the only one who watches you so don't think that an unacceptable comment by you will just slip by. It's called debate and free speech for a reason.
