By some's deffinition on here, it looks like the answer would be no. However, in the eyes of God, YES!!!!! Just like we are all God's children whether some like it or not. And yes, that includes those who have served in a war, killed people but overlooked the commandment that said "Thou shalt not kill". I didn't see any exceptions under that commandment did you?

I would suppose by your take on things, all heterosexual couples that can not have children, adopt, go through a surrogate, invitro are not "Forsaking all others"? By your definition these children would also be "Illegitimate"!
