Yes because Jimmy Uso was DRUNK. Swagger got caught with weed in his car. When you're caught with weed they automatically slap a DUI charge on you.

Weed is only a FINE in the WWE. You can not be suspended for it. Many guys choose to pay the fine and smoke weed to deal with the pain of their injuries instead of taking pain killers. Simply because its healthier than pain killers and you can't get addicted to it like pain killers.
