A meat-lovers' pizza is a pizza with large amounts of meat. Supplements are pills which are taken to provide nutrients you are not getting in sufficient quantities from your regular diet. The hypothetical supplement lovers' pizza would presumably be a pizza loaded with nutrient pills, to provide the required nutrients to feasibly survive off of a diet of this pizza exclusively.
