<description>Great question! Votes will determine which ministries get into the top 50 now instead of the top 10. The committee will then choose 20 ministries out of that 50 to receive the grants. So, to answer your question both the voting and committee will be involved.  If you are a ministry in the top 50, then you have an opportunity to be awarded any of the grants! </description>

<description>Robert, I love your insight and thoughts on this topic. Unfortunately, I think listening is often &amp;quot;the exception&amp;quot; in ministry as well.   Also, sometimes it&amp;#039;s not 100% clear when working with clients if they are expecting me to serve as a &amp;quot;non-advocate&amp;quot; consultant or as an advisor who pursues a more &amp;quot;active&amp;quot; role. But, it IS clear to me that good listening as a consultant must ALWAYS precede offering advisement. Other thoughts?   Appreciate it! </description>
